Winchester model 54 questions

So I just recently got this rifle back from my dad that he gave me for my 13 th birthday. (years ago) I was hoping people here could tell me a little more about it.
Winchester model 54 .30 wcf bolt action. ser#  3311
age?
30-30 rounds are safe to shoot from what I can tell?
I dont know. any info would be appreciated.
google isnt my friend today I guess.

.30 wcf  is a 30-30 , no difference

Google "winchester model 54 serial numbers".  I believe yours was made in 1926
