multi-season permit and special draws: enlighten me please

so am curious how the special draw tags work if a person were to be selected  and buy a multi-season permit. does it work like i think and you still get the same number of choices per category but are allowed to choose from all weapons permits or does it not have any affect on the special draws and you can only pick tags out of one weapons list?

so for example if i get drawn for and buy a multi-season tag could i apply for entiat late archery tag in the buck/quality categories and also apply for a withrow second deer doe rifle permit?

Your understanding is correct. You can apply for permits in all weapon types, and with elk both eastern and western. The number of choices does not change.
