I joined the gym in January. I was going about 4 days per week. Set the treadmill to 15 incline (max). It is basically like walking up a hill. Started to pump weights and then some illegal immigrant rearended me last Saturday. Totaled her car. Not to mention I was rearended 3 weeks ago on the way to the gym. Now I have been forced to take it easy. I plan to go back this week and pick it up again.

Skywalker, You'd better start walking to the gym.

I know huh...I have not been in a car accident in years. Somehow I get rearended twice in a week and a half. Go figure...
