anyone had or having issues with the dps3???? mine just started jumping all over the place with no weight on the scale.
i have read all about temperature, cleaning, moisture, vibration etc. and i do know how to operate my scale. it has been working in the same spot for 2 years and now it just started this. i have sent lymann an email just waiting to here back from them.

so to resolve the issue i got an response from Lymann. here it is.
the windex worked great i never would have thought of it. great support for a great product

A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #115873 with the following response:

Morgan,
You can try wiping the unit with Windex on a paper towel this will release any static on the unit. If that doesn't help then I can try sending you a new power adapter to try.  I don't want to suggest returning it to us as of yet.  we can try the things I suggested first.
