Grouse hunting on the backside of baker?
« on: August 11, 2013, 03:33:22 PM »
Was up there on the hwy 20 side of baker driving around on the gravel roads. I just so happen to jump a couple of grouse high up. Has anybody ever hunt this area for grouse?

Road 12 where you find the alders/water can produce thunder chickens. Just walk...

When you almost step on one... then you'll know why they call 'em Thunder chickens.   :chuckle:
