Yes, I said pear poop from a bear.  Now that is a tongue twister......This is my nemesis.  I am on a mission to kill whatever left this behind.

It is definitely bear poop....and it is eating pears.  The poo was very light colored and had pear skin all in it.  there is an orchard 200 yards down the hill.  Hoping to find him tomorrow.

Can't be there till tomorrow.  The orchard is private and non huntable to me.  I have high ground I will be sitting on tomorrow night to see If I can spot the bear.  Then Tuesday I will hopefully intercept him on his way in or out of the orchard.  My high ground will allow me to see a lot...as well as glass the orchard. I will update tomorrow night and then Tuesday....hopefully I can close the deal on this bear. 

Wish I could have been there today....just not possible.

Well...no dice today.  I spent 7 hours hiking, sitting and glassing tonight to no avail.  No bear was seen and no other sign was found.      I did see 6 deer though and had a great day in the woods. 

This is big country and there is literally 20 miles of orchard.....for all I know this bear has moved to the next orchard.  There are more pears on the ground than all the bears in the state could eat.  I will keep at it and give an update after tomorrows hunt.
