What's the deal with Alliant powders?

I have been steadily replenishing my powder and primer hoard over the past few months (planning and lessons learned from the 2008 scare have kept me pretty much well stocked over the past year so that has been good).

I am just not seeing the Alliant RL powders on the shelves yet.  IMR and Hodsen have been trickling in here and there.

Anyone have the poop on what is going on with their lines of powder?
