GMU 336/346
« on: November 06, 2013, 07:18:07 AM »
So I'm new to this forum and I understand that to provide information to a newbie is quite rare from what I've seen. My hunting group (Dad, Opa and myself) have been hunting the 340 area for close to ten years together and have decided it's time for a change. I've heard a lot of good things about the Taneum (336) and Little Naches (346) areas. I have only been to Little Naches once to go quad riding during the summer and noticed that the terrain was very steep. I'm looking to start scouting out the areas and wondering if someone would be courteous enough to point me in the right direction as to where to start scouting. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Ain't nothing better than the adrenaline you get when seeing an animal in the wild.

U will see elk all over the little Naches before the season  starts. When they start to get pushed they head to the thick and nasty and steep stuff.
