Lost Jacket in Wenatchee

I lost my outer shell for my hunting jacket. I left it (I believe) on a rock in the Apple Capital loop parking lot. It is a Columbia brand and is pretty old. I would like it back so if you or know someone who has it please let me know.

Bummer. Have you tried calling the Parks Dept or the PUD?  Is that the parking lot by the new Pybus Market?

I haven't, but I'll try that. It is not that one, it is the parking lot in East Wenatchee just North of Olds Bridge.
