What do you use for 357/ 38 as far as primers go and why. Standard or magnum primers.
Thanks

Maturity is when you have the power to destroy someone who did you wrong but instead you breathe, walk away, and let life take care of them.

I use CCI mag primers for both.  Why?  Because I bought 2000 primers and that's what I have.

I follow the load manuals. Magnum not needed except where indicated (for H110).
For 38:
Unique: Small Pistol

For 357:
Unique: Small Pistol
Alliant 2400: Small Pistol
H110: Small Pistol Magnum

I use mostly CCI, but some Federal SP Magnum, because that is what was available at the time.
