For the Knights, my parents and company use between 100-110 (depending on who it is) grains of pyrodex select.. For my TC I run with 110. I'm sure you could run with less or more depending on who you ask.  :dunno: works for us all nicely though.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

Just out plinkin around.  The powerbelts are more than $1 per round.  You must be rich HntFsh!  I don't intend on hunting elk with 245 grain Powerbelts.  I am just target shooting.  I will try lots of different combos.  Hirshey suggested what she used.  What about the peanut gallery?  Or should I have asked what rounds should I not target shoot with?   :chuckle:

Not rich by far. Just not a Powerbelt fan. For plinking guess I cant blame you. If I dig through my M/L supplies I'm sure I have a bunch of different bullets I can make you a deal on. Just so you have something cheaper to shoot. If interested I will look and see what I have.

Thanks for the offer   I will probably just pick up some heavier grain rounds after I get through these.  Then adjust my sight as needed.  I'll probably go with one of the two hirshey suggested.  Sound like they did well with her party.  Hopefully we can get into some elk and my son can kill one.
