Unless things have changed, I'm pretty sure you can work around at least a couple hundred yards of shoreline at Armstrong to the south of the boat launch. Used to be that way anyway...

Thanks everyone,I will try those lakes out. H20Hunter, I have been trying to find myself a pontoon float that i can snag for a decent price. Been surfing craigslist all the time. Bassquatch thanks for the info...I definitely need to learn to detect the strike. Its a whole new fish for me and a whole new learning curve. I appreciate everyones input. Wish me luck.Ogre
