Over Under Shotgun Stock shortening & Buttpad install

What is the going rate to take an inch off the stock of a 20 gauge over under and install a quality buttpad on it?  I bought a CZ Redhead Deluxe 20 Gauge 26" and want to make it fit my kids.  I thought about the Youth version but the 13" LOP and 24" Barrels seemed a little too short.  Who do you recommend do the work?

How are your skills with hand tools and do you have (or have access to) a band saw and a hand grinder?

I have performed the modification you are referring to on a few firearms. If you take your time it will turn out Great  . Plus you get the satisfaction of doing it yourself.

As for your original question,.. any local Gun-plumber should be able to do this.
