I used to be a contract feller bunched operator and know someone who owns some private property up there and was given permission from them.
There are no problems only solutions.

Hey there higunner. We had to vacat that area after you got yours. We went deep in the timber for mine and shot him around noon. Then got the 2nd one within about 300 yards of yours.
