Never tried it myself... who knows...

Interesting to watch a guy who apparently eats meat for a living say its not bad though.

I'm just trying to figure out why they didnt skin it and cook it. Burning all the hair and flesh would stink so bad and I would think that would transfer into the meat? If for some reason I had to eat coyote thats not the way I would do it haha.

I ate the heart of the first coyote I ever killed. It was like turkey heart.
