    Subject: USFS Jan 20th Comment
    From: wfcarroll316@gmail.com

Dear fellow Forest Mentors, You spirits of  American Freedom,

Recently USFS issued a public release of the notice to Comment upon USFS changes in their administration proposal for TRAVEL MANAGEMENT. This release asks for comment by Jan 20th.

Our world is getting more complicated by the day. In turn those complicating it call us Americans ...Stupid. They bank on it. For proof go to www.fs.usda.gov/goto/okawen/mtm. This is the resource for the News Release as detailed there.

Nothing in government operation is more evident of this than the recent issuance of this news release. It is further,... legislation by ADMINISTRATIVE LAW, rather than via CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

This TRAVEL MANAGEMENT document asks for comment upon specific details not only NOT DETAILED

but upon buried inference statements such as if given credence by........

"Resource Specialists"... and have established 'something' unknown to us, and FULLY DISPUTED within USFS ITSELF. It mentions data collected over ...years... where is it? And who done it?

For ten years I watched The EPA endorse such 'rules' as these, destroying the dairy industry and their family operations in Western Washington. Thus forcing mega-dairy-corporations into the deserts of Eastern Washington and Southern Idaho. These farms now have upwards of 26000 cows with splayed hooves, tanks of antibiotics, and calves that never ever suckled by a mother, upon a few acres of dead and hard land, instead of a few hundred cows upon green family grandfathered farms. The water of Puget Sound is surfaced with scum from Shelton to Stuart Island... South to North. The EPA action is impotent. In the same time, 71% of men aged 18 to 24 years, old are unfit physically to be admitted to The US ARMY. At the same time, The Magazine - Psychology Today - declares that mental stableness comes from OUTDOOR RECREATION. Where does a downtown Seattle High Schooler go for recreation?..... the wifi at Starbucks and helps fund same sex marriage coffee shops purchases, that translates Washington State to the list in Ethiopian Churches as a land in need of missionaries.

Under this USFS PROPOASL you will be converted from a testosterone influenced Forest User into an eunuch Zoo Visitor. USFS wants to be your alpha wolf instead of you theirs.

I am aware and fully admire the challenge that USFS MEN AND WOMEN  attend to. I applaud the extension of their own concerns to allow the Public, the actual STOCK HOLDER OWNERS of these lands upon which they ADMINISTER, to provide comment. I however ask each of you to read between the lines as well as the lines.

The history of government administration is clear. The local agents work on hands and knees to incorporate 'public trust' , then the upper stratosphere of government  wipes it all out through Politics. This is the Story of Chief Joseph: At first his tribe had millions upon millions of acres. Then well meaning agents convinced compassionate natives, to live upon a reservation of millions and they acquesed... to 'be safe', 'to be protected', and 'protect others'. Then the Higher strata of government said, great!, now give em a few thousand, at the complete dismay of the agents. When the NezPerce had enough, they became a mythical name with no meaning, upon a dam and a part of history. Now USFS, by this treaty wants you no further than 30 feet away from the roadway. You read it! It ignores grandfathered trails.

Today we are in the storm of Environmental  forces, swung too far out the left, which were neccessary against the 60s and 70s, destruction of public lands and fisheries accomplished under pure government policy and turning trees into stumpage income to fund Asian homes, commerse and educational interests. My calculus prof at WPU could not speak English nor had compassion but spoke fluent Pakistanis and cared for no one except himself and the girls he brought home from class.

I advise you to do the 'comment' as they have requested. They are banking as the alpha upon our inaction and ignorance to move to... the next step 'decisions'. If anyone can figure that out, the next step, I would like to know.

The very NEWS RELEASE... USFS/USDA DOCUMENT STATES... 'an equal opportunity provider and employer' yet this Proposal discriminates against ATV 'S outright and anyone who might be considered a motorized user in general.

This proposal, as if to give it some creditability, even mentions the name of Mike Balboni, the recent Superintendent of our Forests. He had some common and American sense. He was chastised for opening up more opportunities in our forests, by the higher stratisphere, and today, if you call USFS... he is relegated to the mythical land of Chief Joseph...Both are my heros, and I hope we can build a dam on the Methow called Cheif Balboni Dam.

In God Our Father's Trusted, Prove it or lose it. THANKS for putting up with my foolishness.

    Bill Carroll

I was told the there was no EIS done either after the 80's. EIS = Enviromental Impact Statement and the USFS lied about having one done. Is that right Naches ?

My feet/legs no longer let me  :bash: so what am I and others like me suppose to do?   So many dis-mantled roads that keep people like me from enjoying places I used to walk and climb too. :dunno:  let alone help put those roads IN!

Oh ya, riding a house is no longer a option too!  even though I know how to!

MY personal stance is the USFS needs to quit destroying roads and denying access to what belongs to the PEOPLE.

Destroying/denying are NOT "managing" tools,  IT is Control tools!
