Wife's new purchase

She's been wanting a tikka super lite for a few years now. Well Friday she took the plunge and finely bought it. It's a tikka super lite chambered in 308. Topped it with a vortex viper 4-12x44. Now she wants to get a wood stock for it and a muzzle brake on it here eventually. All in all she's one happy girl

She's in love with the sunshield. Thinks it makes it look more sniper looking  anyone know of anyone near the Puyallup area that does muzzle breaks?

Nice choice, great cartridge. I'd have her re-think the muzzle brake. With that she'd need to wear ear protection at all times, even while hunting. To reduce recoil you could use 130 grain Barnes bullets, and still be good for hunting anything up to the size of elk. (or even moose)

She's been looking at bodes rifle stocks. She's made a few custom options that she really likes. And bobcat, I agree. But she's all about looks when it comes to her rifles. She thinks with the muzzle brake it will look that much more cooler we went and shot it today. She shot great!! Very happy so far with this rifle!!

Muzzle break....?  Not sure it would be necessary, but there's pro's and con's to most everything.

My older bro thought that puttin' flames on the rear quarter panels of his souped up Plymouth Savoy would be cool too...... .  In hindsight.....not so much....

Happy wife happy life  who knows tho... Maybe when she gets her new stock she will be as happy as ever and the muzzle break will be forgotten.
