Is there access to the Douglas Bar area for bank fishing? Does anyone know who to contact for this? Would welcome any input or feedback on this.......

Thank you very much for sharing this, it is much appreciated. I have two young boys that I am introducing to fishing, and for now from the banks, beach, etc. That spot will allow for a open, level area to work with them. Will give her a call, maybe there is an opportunity.....

I spoke with Christine, very nice gal.....unfortunately, they have cut-off and closed access to the bar/beach do to the sheer volume of folks who now have access. So, we will look to other spots along the river.....  Thanks again for the lead, will come in handy for future

Sorry about that this is the first year I didn't get a key due to the steelhead fishing was horrible at the bar last winter and also the drought.I brought alot of steelhead out off that bar in the last 15 years. It would of been ideal for kids and alot of oldtimers fish there due to the good access well at least you have her number now good luck glad I could help.Hard to believe no one else chimed in loll
