Yes.

You can fish for salmon on Drano lake at night.  Night closure only applies to the Columbia River.

Hwy. 14 Bridge (618)
Col. R. Salmon/Steelhead Endorsement (p. 16)
Barbless hooks required for Salmon/Steelhead (p. 16)
ALL SPECIES - closed Wednesdays from second Wednesday in April through June 30, and 6:00 p.m.
Tuesdays to 6:00 p.m. Wednesdays during October. Mar. 16-June 30: night closure. Aug. 1-Dec. 31: antisnagging
rule. Apr. 16-June 30: area west of a line projected from the easternmost pillar of the Hwy. 14 Bridge
to a posted marker on the north shore - bank fishing only.
ALL SPECIES - May 1-June 30 and Sept. 15-Dec. 31: anglers may fish for SALMON and STEELHEAD with
two poles with Two-Pole Endorsement and each angler aboard a vessel may deploy SALMON/STEELHEAD
angling gear until the daily SALMON/STEELHEAD limit for all anglers aboard has been achieved.
TROUT Jan. 1-Mar. 15 Catch-and-release except up to 2 hatchery STEELHEAD may be retained.
Other Game Fish May 1- Mar. 31 Statewide min. size/daily limit.
SALMON &
STEELHEAD
Mar. 16-July 31 SALMON min. size 12". Daily limit is a total of 2 hatchery CHINOOK or
hatchery STEELHEAD or 1 of each.
SALMON &
STEELHEAD
Aug. 1-Dec. 31 SALMON min. size 12". Daily limit 6. Up to 3 adults may be
retained of which no more than 2 may be hatchery STEELHEAD.

Can not use 2 poles until October 1st this year.  Those are last years regulations.
