Hawk? Never seen this one before!

 :) I spotted a band on Hawk Ankle. Never seen this kind of Bird before. Any Idea what is it?
It was local Cedar river trail.

 :dunno: Thats what I wonder... Can anyone catch and pet it. Release later?  ;)  Or Biologlist catch it and release with Band on?
