Made 10 lbs of spicy sticks . Smoked and smelling good.....Yummmmmm

Question. How do you keep the casings from sliding up the stick. Some are loose some are tight. I'm smoking them on trays to 160 and immediately into ice bath.

They look tight in the pic but some of them loosen up.
