Ha, ya'll get off topic pretty quick. But it's all in good fun. Honestly, I'm a peaceful man. And I curse enough when I'm cooking I could only imagine if it was a competition. 

Speaking of geoduck, piano man, do you go dig them or do you buy them? I've always got them at asian markets but I'd like to go digging for them someday.
