Oak Harbor area fishing guides

Looks like I am going to be spending some extra time this summer hanging out in the Oak Harbor area. I would like to take my 80 year-old father-in-law on a fishing trip for kings if possible. Maybe throw out a crab pot on the way out. My wife, who has never fished before, might go with also. Has anyone got any suggestions on a charter to go with. Or possibly ones to avoid. I really know nothing about fishing in that area, so any input would be greatly appreciated.
