Rino 530HcX Topo gone??

What happened to my Topo map? I did an update on my OnX micro SD and now my topo will not show only main paved roads. Has anyone had this happen?

Thank you, talked with them this morning and they are shipping me a new chip. Something happened while doing an update and it will not show anything except major roadways.
