I was looking at the new fancy leupold binos the gold ring HD series..... and was wondering what everyones opinion on them were....they look awesome...i have brand new wind rivers already but man these are so nice.....

What do you think is a good price for a pair.....8x42?

Anything will beat the windrivers.  I have a pair and after looking through several other more expansive  binocs I wish I would have saved and got some really nice ones.
Yeah but at least it will eat good...

You should be able to find NIB 8x42 GR HD for about $650.00.  Check Flea bay for a starter.
