It's no fault of anyone but myself. I've simply been too busy hunting and out of touch and now busy with year end reports that I'm struggling to get done on time. It didn't seem like it was worth trying to get a permit mid-January when some guys are giving up hunting for the season soon. I'm hoping to restructure things with the WFW organization so that someone else can do these permits when I don't have time.
We could hold a coyote hunting photo contest without a permit, but we cannot hold a contest based on number of coyotes taken, it would have to be a photo contest.
