Browning Hells Canyon Long Range
« on: March 10, 2019, 04:22:01 PM »
Already own one in 6.5 creedmoor, it is a pleasure to shoot and is just a tack driver with 143 ELDX bullets.  I just purchased the .300 Win Mag today and was wondering for those who have one, what ammo has been the best combination for you.

Also 200grn Hornady eldx and 68grns IMR4831 2795fps. Again, a tac driver.

My 6.5 also loves the 143s. Shot my first deer with it in Idaho last year at a whopping 50 yards lol so much for needing a long range gun  :dunno:

I have the hells canyon long range in 7mm rem mag and it’s a legitimate 1/2 moa rifle shooting 162gn eldx. I also just picked up the Browning xbolt pro long range in 300wm. I haven’t had much range time so the only thing that’s been down the tube is 190gn ABLR and it 3/4 or better. Great shooting rifles in my opinion.
