Parker Lake

I drew the Parker Lake whitetail archery tag. Hunt starts Tuesday and I have yet to be contacted by anybody like it says will happen in the rules pamphlet. Anybody have any idea when I might get some info from anyone for this hunt?

If anyone has drawn this tag how long before the hunt started did you get your info?  I guess I’m assuming it goes similar to a spring bear preseason meeting. Is that a bad assumption?

I’d be calling the regional office tomorrow and not wait for them to call you. Probably get you a bit farther faster rather than waiting on them

I had the moose tag in there a couple years back. I got my packet in January after the season closed. There isn’t any specific rules you need to know. You can hunt any of Parker lake area. The military guys just wave. If you go to their bunkhouse they will let you know if they are seeing any animals
