How so? I have cleaned, smoked and eaten them. Very good. Others that tried mine liked it.
I brine, then pressure cook for 45 minutes, then smoke/dry for 6-7 hours. The bones get soft enough you don’t notice them.
Cuterebra are NOT cute!

I filleted several of the small ones and kept the meat and eggs.  Two of the bigs ones got me two gallon ziplocks full of eggs.  I plan on using them for crawfish bait but there didnt seem to be anything nasty about their insides or the meat.  Meat is interesting though since its got different colors.
