I don't think so, if you look at the next pic the deer is in aproximatly the same spot. Note the horizontal branch in line with the back of the yote, it is only chest high on the deer, and also on the first bear pic the bear hasn't reached the same spot and he is already covering the same branch. I thought at first it was a big yote, I think it is just the angle of the camera that makes him look big.
