Here is a survey that WDFW shared on the 'Book. It's actually  being conducted by EWU and some other group/agency. I filled it out,  and I would encourage other hunters and fishermen to fill it out as well, so that we don't get left out of consideration for planning and budget purposes. I like to use these surveys to gripe about timber companies charging for access while getting tax breaks for providing "recreational spaces".
