Moses Lake Shore line access

I'm thinking of taking my middle Son out on Sunday for a little carp fishing, British Style.  Anyone have a good area that has easy walk down access to the shoreline for a virtually crippled guy.  Thanks for any suggestions!

Lots of Carp in this area, a few docks, some shoreline, railroad tressle.............
