These anti-Salmon people are just bad at math.  Closing hatcheries does not equal more Salmon for Orcas, and it never will.

 They understand that total salmon stocks will crash. That gives reason to remove the first barrier to 'recovery' which is human user groups.

It's like they missed the fact that without the hatcheries there's just a few remnant salmon left; not enough to feed the sealions let alone any orcas.
