Bear Archery and excellent customer service
« on: May 16, 2025, 08:06:29 AM »
I'm not one to post reviews, good or bad, but I've jsut got to mention my simple little customer service experience today with Bear Archery.

I bought a Bear Cruzer G2 last summer. A week ago it started making a VERY weird sound on each shot. Took it to the local shop and they quickly identified the problem.

I was missing a screw that had come out of the upper cam. It holds the module on that adjusts the draw length. Vibrated out after all the shooting I'd been doing.

Last night...well after closing time here on the west coast I emailed them and explained the issue. By 8am this morning I had an email reply simply stating that they'd already mailed a couple new screws out and provided an order number.

Wow!
