Mortgage Rates Have Dropped

Rates have dropped 1/2-3/4% in the last month. Note rate of 5.50% (APR of 5.551) on conventional fixed rate. 7/6 Adjustable at 5.375 (APR of 5.982). If you've been waiting to buy, get off the fence. This is it.
