Predator call – ultrasonic sounds?

Anyone use ultrasonic sound files on their electronic call?  I’d like to load some very load, and annoying, ultrasonic sounds on my Foxpro.  Not for calling in predators but rather to get the neighbor dog to shut up.

Any tips on where to find and how to use this type of sound file?
