Western WA rifle deer will close on Sunday November 1st, last time it went into November was 2020 and that was a good year. Also looks like late rifle on Westside is 19-22, which extended many of the quality rut hunts (blacktail) to the 2-18 of November, gaining a few days (12 days in 25’ and 17 day proposed in 26’) shaping up to be a good blacktail year OTC and draw

I like the increase in tag numbers but it shows the season ending Nov 1st. This season in Ea Wa was too early as it is. Now we will be able to hunt Mulies and Elk and the same time??

I wouldn't think so... Last year muley season was 11 days long for MF... Ended Oct 21st.. MF elk is 9 days that don't overlap... They always start the next weekend...
It shows modern starting October 17 ands running through the 27th this year.  Unless they bump elk season back it will be overlapped.

Elk is scheduled to open on October 31.

Do you have a link for the general season dates? I was looking for them the other day, with no luck.

Why is there a difference in early archery seasons in eastern WA?  Some are Sep 1-18 while others are the 7th to 24th?

Other interesting thing is the yakima area bull rifle tags open a week earlier then they typically do and close the opening weekend of the general season which is a change from prior years.

Remember to not get your hopes up. This is a proposal  not the end game. They will still not vote on the right thing. But we all will hope for big permit numbers. I know I will. 15 points an I still won't draw. It's sad that they don't do it the right way. Highest points get drawn then back to zero. The way it should be. Oh  an God forbid they bring back spring bear or even allowed to hunt with hounds. 5 years tops  before they outlaw  predator hunting.

I'm not sure I've ever seen proposals change at all, seems like they stay with maybe a couple tags here or there but, I'd feel comfy that these numbers will stay.
“In common with”..... not so much!!
