AR-15 and more
« on: Today at 01:52:35 PM »
It's about time.

The Constitution & 2nd Amendment protect the lawful ownership of semi-automatic rifles such as the AR-15.

@TheJusticeDept will aggressively defend this right, & will aggressively defend this right. @CivilRights Division will sue if states refuse to comply.

Does it? If so, how come some states have magazine restrictions (usually limited to 10 rounds)? I'll believe it when Trump signs laws for national concealed carry and ends restrictions on AR-15s. And along with everyone else who wants one, I have one made right here in WA State.

"how come some states have magazine restrictions?"

 because they don't believe what the Constitution states nor what the Founders believed and gave us!

The left is not about personal consequence or accountability's.  Its about control and feel good vibes.

The mag limit protects no one and endangers many. Those who would observe the limit will be victimized by those who don't. A home invader cares nothing about whether or not his magazine capacity is within legal limits and neither do his partners in crime. The law abiding citizen is forced to defend himself with one hand tied behind his back. This is the reality of all gun control.

The reality of any form of gun control is to eliminate them completely. Magazines, buying ammo, differ stocks, waiting periods, red flag laws, gun manufacturers, background checks, taxes, etc., etc. It is all designed to get your guns and prevent you from owning them.

If the Constitution had universal application for all Americans, there would be no difference between the various states in the matter of enacting restrictions. So legislate something to return things to the original intent of Congress.

 :o  :o

The Constitution IS the law of the land and states can't "rule" against "rights".

AND WA has it "own" Constitution and the ONLY way they are allowed to have one is it has to agree with or use stronger "words" then the Original.

"legislate"  :chuckle: :chuckle: Haven't been paying attention to Olympia for the past decades??

I can’t even order a front grip
Definitely infringed

Under Washington State’s HB 1240 assault weapon ban, forward grips (including vertical and angled grips) are considered prohibited features on most semi-automatic, centerfire rifles. While existing, previously owned rifles with these features may be legal, the sale, transfer, or manufacture of them is largely banned
