Unfortunately the guys who know where the easterns are, are very tight lipped. They require a lot of boots on the ground scouting and even when you find em once they aren't normally there for long.

Looking at data on WDFW website the most easterns are harvested in GMU 667. I’d be looking at ONX and finding public ground next to agriculture and go from there.

Yup anyone who knows will not give that info up.  A lot of those birds have moved from state land to private timber land.  WA doesn't have a large population of Easterns compared to Merriams or Rios.  I have been involved with the National Wild Turkey Federation for 13 plus years here in the state and no one will tell me where they are.  General areas like Pearce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Cowlitz and Clark Counties.  When those birds were planted they were done on state land.  Burn boot leather and get back there deep behind locked gates on state land.  Good luck.
