Like out in the salt, or fish the river from the bank? I've heard that river is a bigger snagfest than the skok.

Out in the salt where you can keep fish. I heard there is a line at the mouth where you can stand and fish, the reg.s aren't clear on this. I'll be close to Quilcene on Saturday so I thought maybe, give it a try instead of driving down to the Skok

Is it a definite line you can see at the mouth? The last thing I want is a ticket. :bash:

I live in Quilcene and the fishing aint that bad can be good, You aint gonna catch them unless you fish the salt or mouth, The river is to small for the fish to hit. And for people there hasnt been alot of people fishing it this year. Checked it out Tuesday and saw about 60 fish go up it in a matter of 30 minutes so yeah aint to bad... And the Skok is a thousand times worse
Will hunt for food

If you hear anything today could you post it. Also, can you get to and fish the mouth at High tide? And is there a line you can see that divides the salt from the river?

Answered my own question. :( Looked this up in the reg.s
Definitions of Terms used throughout the Pamphlet

Mouth

Unless otherwise defined, the mouth of a
stream, river, or slough is a line projected
between the outermost uplands at the mouth.
Outermost uplands are those lands not
covered by water during ordinary high water.
