Bear River: are the roads gated or driveable

I wanted to explore the Bear River GMU near Dell Creek.  Many years ago I did, and found all the access roads around the outside gated.  That was fine because I biked in.

Can anywhere tell me where I can get current road access information?  Thanks.

Last time I was there ALL gates were closed, I tried contacting Hancock to find out if they planned to open any and after several wrong numbers I left a message on Forest Practices Supervisers phone but she never called back. I am planning on being there 5th-13th, See ya there!
