TURNBULL NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE ? WHITETAIL AREA?

 :o  What can anyone tell me about the Turnbull Wildlife Refuge?  I have a late season Whitetail Buck tag and would like to know if this would be an area to check out.  Any info would be great. Thanks.  Casey
