I bet alot of the boys would be happy to spot that.

I'm holding out, normally i would be too. come november i will be too...once the firestick is stowed and the stickslinger comes out.

:dunno: Maybe if we had a better photography that knew how to take a pic in focus we'd be able to tell. :chuckle:

That buck only has a couple days left to live if he does not find a better place to sleep. Head to the hills if you want to live.

So here is another question.........kinda............word of advice for the newbies headed out this weekend.

Ever have tunnel vision.....concentrate so hard on one deer you lose site of the big picture.......

That second buck looks a little heavier then the first one. I like the dark antlers. Were both bucks in the first picture you posted?

I shot my first buck with that angle. Marlin 30-30, broke his back at the base of his neck. Worked out pretty well, I'd do it again, and yes, I'd shoot that buck this weekend, given the chance.

Is that a 2x4?  Not that I care, I'd still split the back like cheap lumber...

I wouldn't pass that buck up in WA with a general tag on public land...

Maybe if I had private land access or a drawing tag I'd leave it alone, but that's about it.
