Moose, BigHorn and Mt. Goat Dream Hunts in WA

I currently have 4 pts for each and am only 28 years old so I am hoping I can draw at least a couple of them in the future. What units for each of these species will hold the largest animals? I personally know the guy who shot the Mt. Hull Big Horn (Way to go Pete!) and that was a true trophy but what other units should a young guy like me be focusing on trying to draw? Any help appreciated, Thanks!
