Nov. 1 hunt
« on: November 02, 2009, 07:48:14 AM »
Well my dad and I went out from opening day of our Alta A tag.  We started up high and had a tough time finding any deer.  There was no snow up there so we were a little disappointed to say the least.  Then in the afternoon we headed down to some lower ground and got into some.  All in total we saw 1-4by4, 2-3points, 4- 2 points, 1-spike, and around 25 does.  They are not rutting yet.  Some of the little bucks are sniffing around a little but that's about it. Sorry no pics.  I will start hunting Friday again so I will keep you posted. Pray for Snow. Good luck to everyone with a late tag!
