CVA
« on: August 24, 2010, 02:56:48 PM »
I was going to pick up one of the real cheap CVA's at cabella's. This is just a toy or maybe to hunt bear, not legal for muzzy season. Is there any reason this is just plain a bad idea?

Thanks
Don

i would buy one that is legal here and then if you choose to use it later then great. the cva elkhorn is a good choice i own one and use muskets in it. you could use the 209 and put a scope on it for bear. then if you choose to hunt deer elk etc in a muzzle season them take off the scope add iron sights and 11 or musket nipple and go hunt :twocents:
