Sounds like a sweet setup, but I've found that the trolling motors with the least amount of electronics the better. I am a big fan of cable driven trolling motors over digital controlled. Remote steering can be handy if you have a use. Minnkota's are hard to beat, but my old setup was a motorguide digital, so when I replaced it, I went with a motorguide TR-109 cable driven, so I didn't have to replace my gator mount with the differently designed minnkota mount. You can troll all day on medium to high speed and still have plenty of battery left (36 volt).
