Found a great deal on a new (for me) used Kimber Custom SIS RL (with rail). Should be here by Monday. Kimber quite making these officially as of January 2010, with orders ending well before that. This gun was developed in conjunction with input on what type of gun L.A.P.D.'s Special Investigation Section wanted as far as features, thus the SIS abbreviation and emblem cut into the gun itself. Small discoloration on slide in the second photo...barrel pointing to the right, is a smudge...wipes off.
Always liked them and since they are discontinued and it was a sweet deal.....well you know how that goes...lol.
