just want to confirm that I just wait for the info about the hunt? state or timber co. will send me info? I dont need to contact anyone, correct? thank you guys for all your help!

You should receive your info package in the mail soon. You should not have to contact anyone about this either. Your info pack will contain the area map and boundaries and also the instruction sheet about when and where you can pick up the key. All keys must be picked up at the Skagit County DNR office and that will require a $100.00 deposit. Just give them a check. They will not cash it unless you do not return the key in the time requested.
Well....hopefully they issue keys. Pretty sure they will. You will know when you receive that letter. I'm waiting for mine just like everyone else.

You will then also need to swing by the loggin companies office, to get the key to their gate (combo lock). DNR land/loggin company land have seperate gates. Good luck, have fun, post pics!

still waiting for my packet too. I did a little scouting trip today and checked out some of the area that is in the unit.
