love all the scooters, and squaws, but Great golden eye. Good color....i always like shooting a few of those every once in a while....you see fewer and fewer of them every year i think....

As for the decoys - check out quack decoy. Made up in the northeast by a nice guy whose name I can't recall. His product has worked great for me over the years. A little pricey, but they'll take shot after shot & somehow stay afloat. Sea duckin is easy boys. Find the birds, and it really won't matter how nice you dec's are...

Dustin07, don't spend big bucks on scoter decoys. I am fairly new at sea duckin and last year the white wings were like kamikaze planes coming into my three dozen crappy old mallard decoys that I rattle canned black. My partner and I even scored on a pair of Harlie's! The blacks and surfies were happy to accommodate us as well! Good luck, let me know if you need some company

I have another 5-6 doz deeks that need repainted as well perhaps I will give them an all black and a pinch of white and we can use your boat to tow my two layouts out and have a blast.  Looking forward to this season.
